The 7-Day Warranty β What It Actually Covers
Every Apple Developer account we sell comes with a 7-day warranty from the moment of delivery. This isn't a vague promise β it has specific terms designed to protect buyers who receive a defective or pre-banned account.
What the warranty covers:
- Account gets banned or suspended after delivery through no fault of your own
- Account credentials don't work as delivered
- Account access is lost within the first 7 days without any activity on your end
What the warranty does NOT cover:
- Apps uploaded to the account (this triggers Apple review and voids warranty)
- Devices linked to the account
- Additional users added to App Store Connect
- Any account activity that changes the original state

How the Warranty Claim Process Works
If something goes wrong within the 7-day window, the process is straightforward:
- Contact us in your dedicated Telegram support chat
- Describe the issue with a screenshot or description
- We verify the account status from our side
- If the warranty applies β we issue a replacement account, same GEO and type
- If a replacement isn't available immediately β we provide a refund or credit
